Venetia Paske has an 11-year sales career that started in the States and has since involved working in complex sales environments developing and leading sales teams across EMEA markets. During her time in the US Venetia recruited, trained and led top performing sales teams whilst simultaneously winning the number one salesperson for individual sales. Her passion for sales is driven by helping people unlock their full potential and achieve their goals through positive habitual change. Her MA in French and History at Edinburgh University laid the foundations for an international footprint and since then she has worked in Paris, Belgium, and several francophone West African countries. Prior to joining SBR Venetia spent 4 years in the Ivory Coast where she became one of the top three market leaders in the country in the distribution of raw materials.

A keen sportswoman, Venetia enjoys tennis, hiking, yoga, skiing and jogging. Weather permitting, she is also a very keen surfer and loves travelling and discovering new surf spots around the world.
